Buying Products from this website

* To order a resource online, you will be required to follow our procedure for payment. The price of any resource is the price in force at the date and time of your order.

* Top Teaching Tools is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, you will receive confirmation by online electronic means to the email address you have supplied on ordering.

* You undertake that all details you provide to Top Teaching Tools for the purpose of purchasing resources will be correct.

* All downloadable product links are automatically emailed to you through our secure site, once payment has been received. Downloadable resources are non-refundable. Product links sent automatically via email expire after two days. Please save your resource to your computer within this time scale. If your link has expired and you have not saved it to your computer, please email us at info@top-teaching-tools.com. Your request will be considered and resources will be sent through a new link as soon as possible.

The copyright for these royalty-free images resides with Microsoft and Hemera, and the images are used in accordance with the guidelines set out below:

1.1 License Grant for Media Elements.  The Software may include certain photographs, clip art, shapes, animations, sounds, music and video clips that are identified in the Software for your use (together "Media Elements"). You may copy and modify the Media Elements, and license, display and distribute them, along with your modifications as part of your software products and services, including your web sites, but you are not licensed to do any of the following:

• You may not sell, license or distribute copies of the Media Elements by themselves or as part of any collection, product or service if the primary value of the product or service is in the Media Elements.
• You may not grant customers of your product or service any rights to license or distribute the Media Elements.
• You may not license or distribute any of the Media Elements that include representations of identifiable individuals, governments, logos, initials, emblems, trademarks, or entities for any commercial purposes or to express or imply any endorsement or association with any product, service, entity, or activity.

1.2 Guidelines for Photo-Objects Use.

Hemera Photo-Objects 50.000 Premium Image Collection Software owners are free to use, modify and publish Hemera Photo-Object images as they wish subject to the exceptions as listed below.
You may not:

• Create scandalous, obscene or immoral works using Photo-Object images;
• Resell any of the digital Photo-Objects other images, sublicense or otherwise make available for distribution or use separately or detached from this product;
• Use the Photo-Object images related to identifiable individuals or entities in a manner which suggests their association with or endorsement of any product or service unless you clearly print a statement which indicates that in the case of an individual, the person is a model and is used for illustrative purposes only;
• Use the Photo-Objects images’ electronic format on-line, unless all the of the following conditions are met:
o The images are for viewing purposes only;
o No permission is granted to download and save the images for any reason.
• Use the Photo-Object images’ electronic format, including the multimedia applications, unless all of the following conditions are met:
o The images are for viewing purposes only;
o The images are embedded;
o The product is not similar to or does not compete with a product produced by Hemera;
o The images do not represent a significant portion of the content of the application;
o And credit is given to Hemera within the application.
